A few every-day beauty musts:
- Sunscreen (Choose a non-greasy one with either SPF 15 or SPF 30. You’ll thank yourself when you’re 30.)
- Face Cleanser & Moisturiser.
- Body Moisturiser/Hand Moisturiser.
- Water. Water. Water.
Also, try to exercise for a little each day. You’ll feel more confident, and it’ll do all sorts of good things for your mind and body.
Aim for a fresh morning:
- Squeeze some lemon into hot/cold water.
- A healthy breakfast. Think porridge, healthy cereals, fruit, yoghurt.
